お久し振りです。
過去のログでwebalizerのAccess Errorの件はどうなったのでしょうか？
自分は今，FC2のwebalizerで同じ所で悩んでます。
FC1は正常に動作しているのですが・・・・・
何か情報が有りましたら，宜しくお願い致します。

記事№221(http://localhost/usage/へアクセスすると下記のエラーが表示されます。You don't have permission to access /usage/ on this server.)の件でしょうか？
上記と同じ事象であれば、まず以下の情報をBBSに貼り付けてください。
[root@linux root]# grep OutputDir /etc/webalizer.conf
[root@linux root]# ll /etc/httpd/conf.d/
[root@linux root]# ll /var/www/
[root@linux root]# ll /var/www/html/
アクセスエラーになったときの/var/log/httpd/error_log内のエラーメッセージ

現在いろいろ手探りで修正してしまい，どれが正か？判らない状態でですが，
一つ判った事は，webalizer.specの中でFC1は /var/www/html/usage
ですが，FC2は /var/www/usage をインストール先にしている事です。
もう一度試し，ご指示の情報をBBSに貼付けます。

私のほうがコンテンツ上、手抜きして、FC2の場合の手順を掲載していないだけでした＾＾；

追伸
convertlog.plのJcode::convert(\$_,euc);は
&Jcode::convert(\$_,euc); では・・・・・
/etc/webalizer.confのOutputDir行を/var/www/html/usageから/var/www/usageへ変更後、webalizerを再実行してみてください。

Jcode::convert(\$_,euc);で問題なく動作しています。

何かFC1と根本的に環境が違う様に思えます。
自分も調査開始します。

をたたいてみて結果をBBSに貼り付けてくださいますでしょうか。

大変申し訳ありませんが，再インストール中です。

一つ言える事は，usageの中がFC1とFC2とで違っていました。
一つ覚えているのが index.html がFC2には有りませんでした。
本当に申し訳ありませんが，上記の理由により今度は新BBSに書きます。
